Pillar

A new band I've hear is Pillar. Straight out of Oklahoma, the Christian rock band Pillar carries a sound similar to Ten Years and Anberlin but really they have a sound all their own. They have the well known rock sound, a perfect blend of perfect drum timing, heavy guitars that give almost a clean crunch, and lyrics that a lot of people can relate to or at least relate it to a situation. I was instantly a fan after hearing Bring Me Down. Honestly I can't remember the last time I heard a band I could relate to these other bands. They are definitely a band worth listening to if you're into alternative rock like Anberlin, Ten Years, Three Days Grace, or Breaking Benjamin.
